Unfortunately, we cannot close your Authorize.net account for you. You'll have do to this while logged into the merchant interface or via phone. Before closing your account it is recommended you download your transaction history and statements.
Closing Your Authorize.net Account via Chat & Support Case:
- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Click Contact Us at the top of the page.
- Click the Support Center link. This signs you into the Support Center.
- From there, click Contact Us to start a chat or Support Cases to create a support case and request your account closure.
