Tricera does not offer direct Clover training, but Clover does have an Activation Team. You can set up a time with them and they can assist you/your merchant with unboxing, equipment setup, and using the Clover System.
Clover Activation Team
The Activation team handles scheduling and the completion of Clover training, including:

Merchants are given instructions regarding how to assemble the equipment, power it on and activate it – the team will then train the merchant how to use the equipment.Application Review:
Review of standard Clover-supplied applications as well as select third-party applications that help optimize the merchant experience.The Activation team is an outbound team only.
