Is there training for new Clover merchants?

Tricera does not offer direct Clover training, but Clover does have an Activation Team. You can set up a time with them and they can assist you/your merchant with unboxing, equipment setup, and using the Clover System.

Clover Activation Team

The Activation team handles scheduling and the completion of Clover training, including:

  • Out-of-box training:
    Merchants are given instructions regarding how to assemble the equipment, power it on and activate it – the team will then train the merchant how to use the equipment.

  • Application Review:
    Review of standard Clover-supplied applications as well as select third-party applications that help optimize the merchant experience.

  • The Activation team is an outbound team only.

  • To schedule a training appointment with the Activation Team, please call 855.578.5892 > option 2.

Third-party apps (not developed by Clover) will handle their own training/activation/onboarding.
