BEFORE YOU CLEAR THE DATABASE ENSURE YOUR BATCH HAS BEEN SETTLED.

Solving “Transactions Remain in Database” error when performing an app update:

  1. From the idle screen, access the Main Menu by simultaneously pressing the Green button and the number 1.
    Password is today’s date in DDMMYYYY format

  2. Tap 5. System Settings or press the number 5.

  3. Tap 4. Database or press the number 4.

  4. Enter password

  5. Tap 1. Clear Database or press the number b.

  6. Tap 1. Yes or press the number 1.

  7. Tap 1. All or press the number 1.

  8. The database will be cleared.
