Manually Settling a Batch on a Pax Q30
From the idle screen, access the Main Menu by simultaneously pressing the green key and the number 1
Tap 4. Hosts or press the number 4
Tap 5. Batch Close or press the number 5
The batch will settle.
Possible Error Message:
Inactive Terminal / Device ID Not Found
This means that your Device ID has been deleted from the system or the batch on the device is from a different Terminal ID. Contact our team to remotely settle your batch.
