Accessing Multiple Accounts in the Tricera Portal

If you manage multiple accounts with Tricera, you can easily toggle between accounts with a single login. To switch accounts, the first step is to log into the Tricera Portal. Once there, you'll see a drop down menu with your primary account listed. If you don't see this dropdown, please reach out to our support team to associate the other account to your user profile.

After clicking the drop down menu, all of your associated accounts will be visible. Clicking any account will load that account information.

For your convenience, each account DBA name, Merchant ID, and address is visible. This is extra helpful when you are managing multiple locations with the same name and the only easily identifiable difference is the address (think multi-location restaurant).
