You can create and store products for easy recall and addition to an invoice. 

  1. Navigate to the Invoices tab on your left panel.
  2. Click on the Products button at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. You can create categories and sub-categories before adding products by 
selecting the associated tabs, or you can do this from within the + New Product tab.
  4. Enter as many details as you wish for the product (Product Name and Amount are mandatory).
  5. Click Create Product at the bottom of the page.

Managing Inventory with Products & Invoices

You can do basic inventory management with Tricera Secure. To track inventory, uncheck the Unlimited checkbox when creating your product and enter the current quantity.

Once your product is created, any invoice associated with that product will show in your Edit Product page.

Additionally, if you have any outstanding invoices (unpaid but sent) you will see how many of these items are allocated but not fulfilled/paid.
