Processing a Credit Card Transaction
- Navigate to the Process Transaction tab on the left panel.
- For new customers, enter the customer’s name, the name on the card, and the card details.
- For existing customers, begin typing the customer’s name or customer number to receive system matches. Alternatively you can click the drop down menu and scroll to the desired customer.
- Navigate to the Payment Details section and enter the Amount.
- Once your amount is entered and your payment method has been entered or selected, click Process Transaction on the bottom right.

- Navigate to the Payment Details section and enter the Amount.
- Once your amount is entered and your payment method has been entered or selected, click Process Transaction on the bottom right.
Processing an ACH/Check Transaction:
Click on the Check tab at the top of the process Transaction page.
- Navigate to the Process Transaction tab on the left panel.
- Click the Check tab at the top of the page.
- For new customers, enter the customer’s name, the name on the check, and the check details.
- For existing customers, begin typing the customer’s name or customer number to receive system matches. Alternatively you can click the drop down menu and scroll to the desired customer.
- Navigate to the Payment Details section and enter the Amount.
- Once your amount is entered and your payment method has been entered or selected, click Process Transaction on the bottom right.
Adding Data to a Transaction
Transactional Details
Transaction details, such as the Invoice Number, PO Number, and Description can be added by clicking on the Transaction Details banner.
Shipping & Billing Information
If desired you can add billing and shipping information. If you have already entered this information into a customer profile, it will automatically populate without you having to enter it each time. This information will also populate into invoices if it is stored to the customer profile.
Custom Fields
To create additional discretionary data fields, go to the Control Panel tab on the left panel, click on Custom Fields, and add up to 20 custom data fields with labels.
Click the star until it turns purple to mark the field as required. Click Save when you are finished.
