Overview

Once a transaction has been processed, you can take several actions, such as voiding, queuing, adjusting, refunding, or recharging.

Voiding / Refunding a Transaction

Tip: A void can be attempted if the transaction is in an open batch. Once the batch has closed, a refund must be processed instead.
  1. To void or refund a transaction, navigate to the Reports tab on the left panel.
  2. Locate the transaction you wish to void or refund.
  3. Click on any transaction to view the transaction details.
  4. To void the transaction, click the red Void icon.

For a settled transaction, click on the orange Refund icon.

Once you click the yellow Refund icon, you can adjust the  amount of refund up to the original transaction amount.

From here you can also elect to send the customer a receipt of their refund as well.

If you do a refund in error, you can also void a refund as long as the batch has not been settled yet.

Queuing a Transaction

If a transaction has not settled, you can queue the charge.

Queuing a transaction will change its status to "authorized only."

  1. To queue a transaction, navigate to the Batches tab on the left panel.
  2. Locate the transaction you wish to queue.
  3. Click the red Queue icon.

  4. Once queued, a transaction will remain until you void, capture, or the transaction expires.
  5. Capturing a transaction will return it to an open batch, and it will settle when the batch closes.

  6. If no action is taken on the queued transaction, it will expire after a predetermined number of days.
