Setting up your Tricera email on the Gmail app

To add a Google Workspace account to the Gmail app, you'll need to open the Gmail app, tap your profile picture, select "Add another account," and then follow the prompts to sign in with your Google Workspace credentials. This will add your Workspace account to the list of accounts you can access within the Gmail app. 

  1. Launch the Gmail application on your Android or iOS device. 
  2. Tap on your profile picture or initial, usually located in the top right corner of the app.
  3. Select "Add another account".
  4. Select "Google" as the account type.
  5. Enter your Google Workspace email address and password, and follow any on-screen instructions to complete the sign-in process - this will have been emailed to your personal email address
  6. Once signed in, you can switch between your Google Workspace account and other accounts within the Gmail app by tapping your profile picture.
Note: If you're adding a Google Workspace account to a device for the first time, you may be prompted to set up a work profile or install the Google Device Policy app. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
