When changes are made in your iPOS file, you will need to do a parameter update to pull those changes to your mobile app or payment terminal.
Updating Parameters on DejaVoo P-Series Device
From the device home screen, tap the star icon at the bottom of the screen
Tap Upgrade App
Enter the device passcode
(Default is the last four digits of your TPN)Tap Download Parameter
Updating Parameters on DejaVoo P-Series Device in sPIN and sPIN Restricted Mode
If your device is in sPIN, the idle screen will say “Listening for Transaction”. We need to get out of sPIN to do the Parameter Update.
From the Listening for Transaction screen, tap Bypass in the upper right hand corner of the screen
From the device home screen, tap the star icon at the bottom of the screen
Tap Upgrade App
Enter the device passcode
(Default is the last four digits of your TPN)Tap Download Parameter
If tapping Bypass does not work, your device is in Restricted Mode. We will need to move it out of restricted mode before Bypass will work.
Tap and hold the center of your screen until you get the prompt that requests a passcode. Enter the passcode.
(Default is the last four digits of your TPN)You will get a prompt that looks like this:

Tap Full Access and hit okay.
Now, you’ll need to Bypass sPIN
From the Listening for Transaction screen, tap Bypass in the upper right hand corner of the screen
From the device home screen, tap the star icon at the bottom of the screen
Tap Upgrade App
Enter the device passcode
